DIRECTIONS
We are located inside of Tin City Shops in Building 1, Suite 123. We are in the same building as Pincher’s Crab Shack and are located right next to the ice cream store, M&M’s Cafe.
One of our rental specialists will meet you at the white desk at the entrance of our store at your scheduled rental time. If you do not see them right away, as they are most likely finishing a tour and will be there to greet you momentarily!
If you do not have a reservation, we encourage you to call our phone number in advance to ensure availability and that a staff member will be there to assist you.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO TO BE ABLE TO RENT?
You can either book online or call to make your reservation. We always recommend calling in advance to ensure availability and that one of our staff members will be there to assist you.
WHAT DOES THE RENTAL COME WITH?
All of our Paddle Board rentals come with a backpack containing a board, paddle, pump, and life jacket. This allows for easy transport via bicycle, car, or walking.
HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE?
Our paddle boards can accommodate paddlers of any age. All minors should be supervised while in the water and it is up to the discretion of the parent/guardian who rides the board as long as each rider signed the release waiver.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Our phone lines are open from 7am-9pm every day and our storefront is open from 10am-9pm every day. Please call ahead as our staff is sometimes busy doing deliveries or tours and are not at the store to assist.
IS THERE PARKING AT TIN CITY?
Yes there is tons of free parking right at Tin City and in the surrounding area. There are a couple overflow lots in case the ones attached to Tin City are full.
